文丘里閥與文丘里管蝶閥組合在排風柜變風量控制系統中的應用研究
Application of Venturi air damper and Venturi tube butterfly damper combination valve to VAV control systems of fume hoods
摘要:
文丘里閥和文丘里管蝶閥組合作為實驗室通風系統中常用的風量控制設備,廣泛應用于各類型排風柜變風量控制系統和受控環境壓力控制系統中。本文基于流量特性、壓力無關性、可調比、控制精度、響應時間、防腐工藝等方面對2種風閥的性能及其在排風柜變風量控制系統中的適用性進行研究,得出了在排風柜變風量控制系統中2種風閥的應用特點和適用范圍。
Abstract:
The Venturi air damper and Venturi tube butterfly damper combination valve are commonly used as airflow volume control devices in laboratory ventilation systems, and are widely used in variable air volume (VAV) control systems of various types of fume hoods and controlled environmental pressure control systems. Based on the airflow characteristics, pressure independence, turndown ratio, control accuracy, response time and anti-corrosion technology, the performance of the two kinds of valves and their application to VAV control system of the fume hood are studied. The application characteristics and application range of the two kinds of valves in VAV control system of the fume hood are obtained.
